Weekends are available for homevisits on case by case basis.

in 40 days of rest; are the daily visits included in the 640 hours of postpartum & newborn care?

No! The 640 hours are separate from the daily home visits. The daily homevisits are are used to check in with you, check on baby, bring fresh herbs for teas, and tighten and rewrap your belly wrap/bind.

Are groceries included in the 40 days of rest package?

Since it is advised for the mother to be in the home during the 40 days, I will do the shopping and or grocery pick up. But It is the client's responsibility to have their groceries already paid for and or make sure I have the funds needed to pay for the items.

Is Groccery shopping included in the postpartum and newborn care hours?

Yes grocery shopping is included in your 640 hours. Depending on the list it make take anywhere from 30 minutes to 2 hours to shop; but if you would like to save your time I would advise for you to preorder the groceries so all I would be doing is pick them up. Which does not take any time away from you.

Are herbal baths safe if I had a cesearean?

Yes they are safe! But I do recommend to wait to have your herbal bath until after the incision has healed.

how soon after a vaginal birth can I take an herbal bath?

The bath should and could be given immediately after a vaginal birth. Depending on the herbal option you choose (Bain or AA created), the bath will be done for one day or if a traditional Bain the bath will be done for 3 days. Usually back to back or T, TH, and Sat.

how many hours of daytime support is suggested for the postpartum reset?

For Daytime support it is suggested to schedule 4-6 hours of support for 4 days per week.

how many hours of overnight support is allowed for the postpartum reset?

8 hours is the maximum amount of time allowed for overnight support.
