What to look
forward to

  • Birth Companion

I love the name “birth companion” for many reasons, but the initial love came from the comfort of knowing you will have a companion every step of the way. When you choose me to be your doula, I want you to know that you are getting a family to walk with you on this journey, a friend to listen to when needed, and someone that wants the best for you and your family.

  • Mobile Services

I provide a la carte mobile options for all the birth options and packages I offer. Some mobile services are at-home bengkung belly binding, three-day herbal bath options ( similar to bain and or African postpartum bathing), placenta encapsulation, and planning sessions.

  • Cultural Herbal Baths

As a black woman in America, it has always been essential to know where my lineage started and how I can honor my line. I have been fortunate enough to learn and cultivate cultural herbal baths inspired by African American, African, and Haitian cultures and how they play an integral role in postpartum culture.
