I am an herbalist specializing in perinatal herbal therapy; and a certified birth and postpartum doula with an interest in African American postpartum care. When first meeting people I like to say that I am an advocate for all life, a lover of cultural history, a paralegal (in a former life), and an enthusiast of adventure.

As you go through my website you will come to understand the story of a woman with many layers wrapped up into one being; she lives life for the experiences and the moments, leaving no regrets in her wake. She is a lover, fighter, shed tears, breather, and all things made of life.

Everything I have been through, whether hardships or triumphs, has led me to this moment and the woman I have been searching many years for. I wanted my life and this website to reflect love, care, and the culture I bring; and I am hoping as you browse it provides you with a sense of peace, like it does me.
